There’s no secret – the simplest things are often the best, if we want to feel good all year round. No matter what age, you can take steps now towards better health and feeling great. Even small changes can make a big difference to how you feel.
1. #Sleep Well
Sleep plays an important role in your physical health. For example, sleep is involved in healing and repair of your heart and blood vessels. Ongoing sleep deficiency is linked to an increased risk of heart disease, kidney disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and stroke. There is nothing like a good sleep. Sleep primes the immune system. Most of the people need sleep between seven and nine hours at night.

8.#Fruits and Veggies
Fruits and vegetables contain important vitamins, minerals and plant chemicals. They also contain fibre. ... A diet high in fruit and vegetables can help protect you against cancer, diabetes and heart disease. Eat five kinds of vegetable and two kinds of fruit every day for good health. Have at least five portions of vegetables and fruits a day, especially tomatoes, red grapes.
